It gives us access to recipes, methods, leftovers, and tips to use herbal foods efficiently. We can reach the recipes according to our needs and plan them weekly. It also allows us to create a shopping list by listing the groceries we need.

Insights
They all complain about throwing some of the vegetables they buy into the trash.
Most don't know how to use leftovers from vegetables and fruits or apply them in a recipe.
Some find it hard to find recipes to treat leftover food, vegetables, or fruit.
Most use YouTube to find recipes.
Many have problems when they want to revisit the recipe they found before.
(This is due to accessing recipes from different places and not saving them afterward.)
Meal planners complain that it is tedious and time-consuming.
Most don't make shopping lists and make impromptu decisions about what to buy.
Some do not plan meals, even if they make a shopping list.
They all think shopping is challenging.
